Modern Slavery Policy

At Cardan Compliance Services and Cardan Business Services Ltd, we are committed to preventing modern slavery in all our operations, supply chains, and business relationships. We are committed to complying with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and ensuring that all of our employees, suppliers, and partners uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and respect for human rights.

Our Modern Slavery Policy sets out our commitment to preventing modern slavery and the steps we will take to ensure that our business operations and supply chains are free from any form of modern slavery. We will:

  1. Conduct risk assessments of our operations and supply chains to identify and assess any potential risks of modern slavery, including forced labor, human trafficking, and exploitation.

  2. Implement effective policies and procedures to prevent modern slavery, including strict ethical and human rights standards that all employees, suppliers, and partners are expected to comply with.

  3. Provide training and awareness programs for our employees and supply chain partners to ensure they are aware of the risks of modern slavery and know how to identify and report any instances of modern slavery.

  4. Monitor our operations and supply chains regularly to ensure that they are free from modern slavery and that all of our suppliers and partners comply with our ethical and human rights standards.

  5. Take appropriate actions to address any instances of modern slavery that are identified, including investigating and reporting any suspected cases to the relevant authorities.

  6. Collaborate with other organizations, industry associations, and stakeholders to promote best practices and to develop new approaches to combat modern slavery.

We recognise that preventing modern slavery is an ongoing process, and we are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our policies and procedures to ensure that they remain effective in preventing modern slavery.
