Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

At Cardan Compliance Services and Cardan Business Services Ltd, we are committed to conducting all our business activities with the highest standards of ethical behavior, integrity, and transparency.

We acknowledge the negative impact that bribery and corruption can have on society, the economy, and our reputation, and we are committed to preventing bribery and corruption in all our operations, supply chains, and business relationships.

Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy sets out our commitment to preventing bribery and corruption and the steps we will take to ensure that our business operations and supply chains are free from any form of bribery or corruption. We will:

  1. Comply with all relevant anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including the UK Bribery Act 2010.

  2. Implement effective policies and procedures to prevent bribery and corruption, including strict ethical standards that all employees, consultants, suppliers, and partners are expected to comply with.

  3. Provide training and awareness programs for our employees, consultants and supply chain partners to ensure they are aware of the risks of bribery and corruption and know how to identify and report any instances of bribery or corruption.

  4. Monitor our operations and supply chains regularly to ensure that they are free from bribery and corruption and that all of our suppliers and partners comply with our ethical standards.

  5. Take appropriate actions to address any instances of bribery or corruption that are identified, including investigating and reporting any suspected cases to the relevant authorities.

  6. Engage in fair and transparent business practices and avoid any conflicts of interest that may compromise our integrity and ethical behavior.

  7. Conduct due diligence on our suppliers and business partners to ensure that they have appropriate anti-bribery and corruption policies and procedures in place.

  8. Encourage a culture of openness and transparency, where employees and partners can report any concerns or suspicions of bribery or corruption without fear of retaliation.

We recognise that preventing bribery and corruption is an ongoing process, and we are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our policies and procedures to ensure that they remain effective in preventing bribery and corruption.
