SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS)
The Security Industry Authority, Approved Contractor Scheme (SIA ACS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme in the UK for private security companies.
The purpose of the ACS is to raise standards and improve the quality of services provided by private security companies in the UK.
In order for companies to achieve the ACS accreditation, they need to demonstrate minimum standards in the following areas:

The accreditation is often a requirement to provide security services to public bodies.
