Code of ethics policy for Cardan Compliance Services and Cardan Business Services Ltd.

The purpose of this Code of Ethics Policy is to establish and communicate the ethical standards that all employees, contractors, and agents of Cardan are expected to uphold in carrying out their responsibilities.

All employees, contractors, and agents of Cardan are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in their interactions with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. This includes being courteous, respectful, and responsive to the needs of clients and other stakeholders.

This includes avoiding conflicts of interest, refraining from engaging in activities that could compromise the integrity of the company or its clients, and maintaining confidentiality and privacy where required.

All employees, contractors, and agents of Cardan are expected to maintain a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work, including their knowledge of ISO standards and regulations, their attention to detail, and their ability to meet the needs of clients.
